A happy re-discovery

These are some pictures that i stumbled across when looking over some old photos. They were taken last summer at an air day in Kent. I guess i should thank my mum for dragging me there.

'Half an hour of yellow'

These are some images from exhibition taken by Dominic Bell

This is the latest exhibition i was involved in, it was held in our studios featuring 13 artists all showing work ranging from film to sculpture.

This is my lastest piece, using a vintage record player to unravel a sheet of knitting. Its about undoing and how this be achieved through various mechanisms.

Cradle Exhibition

This was the tree at the beginning of the exhibition,
i left the knit up day and night and the results were extremely interesting.
The work had in a way been vandalised, played with, cut, stroked, rubbed, and urinated on but noone had removed any of it.
There was various audience participation which consisited of minor damage but noone physically took it down, there was nothing there to stop them. Every morning i was very surprised at how intact it still was.
i felt the end results were extremely pleasing the work had really come into its own, it had
character and reflected what it had been through for the last 10 days.
